Supreme Court: Petitions Challenging Criminal Laws Withdrawn - (18 Sep 2024)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while disposing of petitions challenging the new criminal law, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, has given liberty to the parties to file fresh petitions which are more comprehensive.
