Del. HC: Customs Admin. While Initiating Procedure for Verification Must Specify Nature of Violation - (17 Sep 2024)

CUSTOMS

Delhi High Court has observed that the Customs Administration of the importing Party while initiating a procedure for verification must also specify whether it is required to undertake a verification to rule out forgery, seek minimum required information or verify the determination of origin.
