SC: Not Prudent for HC to Relegate Matter to Trial Court if there are Significant Delays - (16 Sep 2024)

CRIMINAL

SC has stated that if there are significant delays in a matter in which accused approached the High Court directly without first seeking relief from the Trial Court, it may not be prudent to relegate the matter to the Trial Court at a later stage.
