Supreme Court: No Grounds for High Court to Mandate Bail Bonds After Six Months in Custody - (13 Sep 2024)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has stated that there is no valid reason for the High Court to impose the condition whereby the bail bonds will have to be furnished by the petitioner after completion of six months in custody from the date of the High Court order.
