Bombay HC: Encouraging Woman in a Bar to Dance in Obscene Manner Doesn’t Attract S. 294 of IPC - (12 Sep 2024)

Bombay High Court has held that a customer in a dance bar who encourages a woman to dance in an obscene manner cannot be booked under Section 294 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
