SC: Co-Owner with Undetermined Share in Joint Property Can’t Transfer Entire Property - (12 Sep 2024)

Supreme Court has held that a co-owner of a property whose share is undetermined in that property cannot transfer it entirely without its partition being completed by metes and bounds.
