Supreme Court: Can’t Discriminate Amongst Homogenous Class of Candidates - (12 Sep 2024)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has observed that while determining eligibility of a candidate for appointment, discrimination cannot be done amongst homogenous class of the candidates merely on the basis of their date of admission to the same course through the same process.
