Delhi HC: Centre Asked to Issue Instructions Regarding Identity of Victims in MTP Cases - (11 Sep 2024)

CRIMINAL

Del. HC has directed Director General, Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India to issue suitable instructions to all concerned hospitals to ensure that identity of victim in cases of medical termination of pregnancy is not revealed and record is kept confidential.
