SC: HC Order to Hold 'One Day Elections' for Bar Association in Delhi, Stayed - (11 Sep 2024)

ELECTION

Supreme Court has stayed Delhi High Court’s order in which it was held that elections to the Executive Committee of all bar associations in the national capital shall be held on a single day.
