Del. HC: ANI Files Copyright Infringement Suit Against Producers of Netflix Series 'IC 814 - (10 Sep 2024)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court has issued notice to the producers of the Netflix Series 'IC 814 in a copyright infringement suit filed by Asia News International (ANI) filed on the ground that the Netflix series has used the footage of the news agency without due permission.
