Ker. HC Restrains State Government from Transferring Elephants to Kerala - (10 Sep 2024)

CIVIL

Kerala High Court has restrained the State Government and Chief Wildlife Warden from allowing the transfer of elephants from other States to Kerala. This step was taken considering the bad condition of elephants in the State due to captivity.
