SC: Factum of Causing Injury Not Relevant When Accused Roped in as Member of Unlawful Assembly - (06 Sep 2024)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has stated that every member of an unlawful assembly is roped in to be held guilty of the offence committed by any member of that assembly in prosecution of the common object of that assembly and the factum of causing injury is not be relevant.
