Supreme Court: Gujarat HC’s Order Refusing Apology of Times of India, Stayed - (05 Sep 2024)

Supreme Court has stayed Gujarat High Court’s order, refusing to accept the apology published by Times of India and directing the newspaper to publish a fresh apology with regard to wrong reporting of a Court hearing.
