Delhi High Court: T-Series Restrained from Using ‘Ashiqui’ Title - (04 Sep 2024)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court while granting interim injunction in favour of Mukesh Bhatt’s film company, has restrained T-Series from using titles “Tu Hi Aashiqui”, “Tu Hi Aashiqui Hai” and “Aashiqui” on the ground that the title ‘Ashiqui’ has become part of a recognised film series.
