Delhi High Court: Can’t Permit Political Party to Sponsor Print Media for Political Purpose - (04 Sep 2024)

Delhi High Court has stated that a political party cannot be permitted to sponsor the print media for political purpose, thereby stinging mud and making mischievous, false and defamatory imputations on the rival political parties.
