Delhi HC Dismisses Plea to Quash Defamation Case Against Arvind Kejriwal & Other AAP Leaders - (03 Sep 2024)

CRIMINAL

The Delhi High Court has rejected the plea filed by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and other Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders to quash a defamation case filed against them by a BJP leader for their remarks over alleged deletion of voters' names from electoral rolls in the national capital in 2018.
