MP HC:Depending on Facts, Wife Terminating Pregnancy without Husband Consent may be Termed as Cruelty - (02 Sep 2024)

The Madhya Pradesh High Court while upholding a family court's order dissolving the marriage of a couple, has observed that depending on the "facts of the case", a wife opting to terminate her pregnancy without her husband's consent "may" be termed as cruelty.
