Supreme Court: Contempt Case Against DDA Over Tree Felling Shifted to CJI - (29 Aug 2024)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Contempt Case against Delhi Development Authority regarding the felling of trees shall now be heard by the bench led by the Chief Justice of India instead of Justice Abhay S Oka led bench.
