SC: Bank Employees App. Under SC Quota Entitled to Retain Post After their Caste is De-scheduled - (29 Aug 2024)

SERVICE

SC has held that person who joined service of a Nationalized Bank/GOI undertaking based on a certificate that identified him/her as belonging to SC/ST category in Karnataka, pursuant to State Govt's notifications, would be entitled to retain the position after the caste/tribe has been de-scheduled.
