Supreme Court: Registry to Give Explanation When Case Not Listed Despite Specific Orders - (28 Aug 2024)

Supreme Court has observed that when there is a specific order of the Court that a particular petition shall be listed, the minimum expectation from the Registry is that there will be some explanation placed on record why order of the Court is not complied with.
