Supreme Court: Judge Not A Mere Post Office to Frame Charge at Behest of Prosecution - (27 Aug 2024)

CRIMINAL

SC while quashing two orders passed by Special Judge, CBI, has observed that judge is not a mere post office to frame the charge at the behest of prosecution and must exercise judicial mind to the facts of the case in order to determine whether a case for trial has been made out by prosecution.
