SC: Cannot Deny Equal Benefits to Temporary Employees Working for Decades as Regular Employees - (26 Aug 2024)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has stated that the class of employees who serve the government for decades in a manner indistinguishable from regular employees cannot be deprived of the benefits and protections typically accorded to government servants.
