Guj. HC: TOI, Indian Express to Publish Public Apology for Wrong Reporting of Court Proceedings - (23 Aug 2024)

Guj. HC has directed the newspapers, Times of India and Indian Express to publish apology in their respective newspapers with regard to publishing a wrong version of the Court proceedings, making sensational news by giving a distorted narration of Court's observation during the course of hearing.
