Del. HC: TDS Credit to be Granted by AO in Compliance of Directions by ITAT - (23 Aug 2024)

DIRECT TAXATION

Delhi High Court has held that TDS Credit is ought to be granted by Assessing Officer (AO) in compliance with directions passed by Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT).
