SC: No Coercive Action Against Doctors if They Come Back to Work - (23 Aug 2024)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while hearing the suo motu case related to RG Kar Hospital murder-rape crime, has ordered that no coercive action shall be taken against doctors for previous protests if they come back to work.
