Bharat Pe Dispute: Delhi HC Refers Employment Agreement Dispute to Arbitration - (22 Aug 2024)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court while dealing with Bharat Pe’s plea seeking appointment of sole arbitrator in relation to a dispute regarding an employment agreement between Ashneer Grover and Bharat Pe, has referred the same to arbitration.
