Ker. HC: State Directed to Place Before Court the Entire Justice Hema Committee Report - (22 Aug 2024)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court has directed the State Government to place before it the entire Justice Hema Committee Report including all the removed portions in a sealed cover and further impleaded the Kerala State Women's Commission suo moto in the matter.
