MP HC: Mere Occasional Harassment or Misbehavior Does Not Amount to Abetment to Suicide - (22 Aug 2024)

CRIMINAL

MP HC while setting aside charges framed against accused for abetment to suicide, has held that overt act of accused person must be of such a nature where the victim had no option but to commit suicide and mere occasional harassment or misbehavior does not amount to abetment to suicide.
