SC: Granting Temp. Custody of Child to Relative Doesn’t Preclude Natural Guardian from Seeking it - (21 Aug 2024)

Supreme Court while granting custody of a minor girl in favour of her father, has observed that merely because temporary custody of a child has been granted to a relative, it will not disentitle the natural guardian from seeking custody of such child.
