SC: Cal. HC’s Order Asking Girls to Control their Sexual Urges, Set Aside - (20 Aug 2024)

Supreme Court while restoring the conviction of an accused in a rape case, has set aside the Calcutta High Court’s order wherein it was stated that adolescent girls need to control their sexual urges rather than giving in to two minutes of pleasure.
