Karnataka HC Refuses to Stay Order Limiting Collection of Service Charges from Ola, Uber & Rapido - (14 Aug 2024)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Karnataka High Court while hearing a petition filed by Uber and Ola challenging the notification by State Government u/s 67 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, has refused to pass a stay order limiting the service charges to be collected by these aggregators.
