Delhi High Court Declines to Limit Implementation of Project for Hybrid Hearing - (14 Aug 2024)

Delhi High Court has declined to limit implementation of project for hybrid hearings in Courts in the capital and observed that if such direction is passed it will only lead to complications and would delay the project.
