Del. HC: Person Merely Donating Eggs or Sperm Doesn’t Become Biological Parent of Child Born - (14 Aug 2024)

Delhi High Court has held that a person merely donating eggs or sperms is not entitled to claim parental rights over children born through in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment.
