Gujarat HC Issues Notice to TOI and Indian Express for Misrepresenting Court Proceedings - (14 Aug 2024)

Gujarat High Court while issuing notices to editors of Times of India and Indian Express for giving a false and distorted version of court proceedings, has observed that observations in the Court are always tainted and give an impression that the Court has formed an opinion.
