SC: Reservations Expressed Over Observations Made by HC on Grant of Bail to Foreign National - (13 Aug 2024)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while hearing a bail application filed by a foreign national who was denied bail by Himachal Pradesh High Court, has expressed some reservations on the observations made by the High Court on grant of bail to non-citizens.
