Supreme Court Closes Contempt Proceedings Against Patanjali Ltd. - (13 Aug 2024)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Supreme Court while giving a stern warning, has closed contempt proceedings against Pantanjali Ltd its Managing Director Acharya Balkrishna and co-founder Baba Ramdev. The proceedings were initiated against publication of misleading medical advertisements in breach of a court undertaking.
