Delhi High Court: Poster Hoarding Business During Bar Elections Must Stop - (13 Aug 2024)

ELECTION

Delhi High Court while hearing a PIL seeking 33% reservation for women lawyers in elections to Bar Councils, has remarked that the culture of putting up hoardings of candidates contesting the bar elections is a menace and steps must be taken to make it stop.
