SERVICE

Supreme Court has stayed an order passed by Delhi High Court directing that the Old Pension Scheme (OPS), in accordance with Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972 shall also be applicable on paramilitary forces/Central Armed Police Forces personnel.
