Supreme Court: Centre & States to Take Steps to Implement NCAHP Act, 2021 - (13 Aug 2024)

Supreme Court has directed the Centre to conduct a meeting with all the State Secretaries of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, to come out with a plan for implementation of the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP) Act, 2021 within a period of two weeks.
