U.S. Appeals Court Upholds Obama Administration’s Net Neutrality Rules - (15 Jun 2016)

A U.S. Appeals Court has upheld Obama administration’s net neutrality rules, backing the Federal Communications Commission’s definition of the internet as a “public utility” and setting up internet service providers for greater government involvement.
