Madras HC Quashes Centre's Order Denying Security Clearance to Sun Group - (15 Jun 2016)

Madras HC has set aside order of Union Government denying security clearance to Sun Network that had made it ineligible to participate in the phase-III auctions for FM radio broadcasting.
