SC Upholds Bom HC Judgement Quashing 25% Quota Exemption for Private Schools if Govt. Schools Nearby - (12 Aug 2024)

EDUCATION

Supreme Court has upheld the judgement passed by Bombay High Court quashing the exemption of 25% quota for children of disadvantaged sections, if there is a government-run or aided school within 1 km radius of that private school.
