Supreme Court: No Lawyer Can Brazenly Say That He Will Not Argue the Matter - (12 Aug 2024)

Supreme Court has asked a lawyer who refused to argue the case and insisted the Court to decide bail application, to tender apology to High Court and further stated that no lawyer can brazenly say that he will not argue the matter finally.
