Chh. HC: Continuance of Benefit of Advance Increment Can’t be Claimed by Employee after Promotion - (09 Aug 2024)

Chhattisgarh High Court has held that continuance of advance increments granted for family planning purposes cannot be claimed by employees once they have been promoted or their pay scale has been revised.
