Kerala HC: Suo Motu Case Initiated to Prevent and Manage Natural Disasters - (09 Aug 2024)

Kerala High Court has initiated a suo motu case regarding prevention and management of natural disasters in Kerala. The suo motu proceedings have been listed with cases related to quarrying and construction activities in Wayanad District.
