Kerala HC Rules, Pregnant Students Don't Have Special Privileges - (14 Jun 2016)

Kerala HC has ruled that pregnancy is an optional choice and, therefore, special exemption cannot be made for a pregnant student with attendance shortage to appear for an examination.
