Supreme Court: National Green Tribunal to Monitor Silicosis Prone Industries - (09 Aug 2024)

ENVIRONMENT

SC has directed NGT to oversee impact of silicosis prone industries and factories across India and ensure that the CPCB comply with the directions of the Court. Further, it directed NGT to undertake any additional necessary steps to prevent the spread of silicosis by such industries and factories.
