Del. HC: Mandatory to Register FIR When Person Dies in Encounter Alleged to be Fake - (09 Aug 2024)

Delhi High Court has restated that it is mandatory to register a FIR whenever death of an individual is caused in a police encounter that is alleged to be fake.
