Madras HC: Those Defacing Public Property may Face Contempt Charge - (14 Jun 2016)

Madras HC has warned authorities that any fresh violation of the Tamil Nadu Open Places (Prevention of Disfigurement) Act, 1959 will face the pain of contempt.
