SC: Re-designation from Research Assistant to Assistant Professor Can’t be Termed as Regular Appoin. - (07 Aug 2024)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has held that re-designation of an employee from the post of Research Assistant to Lecturer and subsequently as Assistant Professor cannot be considered as regular appointments in order to extend the benefits of 'Career Advancement Scheme'.
